How do I purchase one of your properties?

When you've found the right property for you, click the "buy this property" button.  This will route you to a checkout page where you will fill in required information and pay your $250 documentation fee to secure the land.

Once the $250 fee is completed, you will receive an email with payment confirmation and we will be notified. We will contact you shortly after to confirm deed/documentation information, your preferred payment method for the purchase price and final steps.

The purchase price may be paid by Wire Transfer or Cashier’s Check. We make the whole process simple and we can complete your purchase in as little as 1 business day.

Once final payment is received, we sign over the land to you via Warranty Deed and handle all necessary recording processes with the county. That's it! Once the deed is recorded you are officially a land owner.

Why is the property so inexpensive?

We are able to purchase properties at large volumes and discounted rates so we pass those savings along to our customers!  Also, we own all the land we sell and are not real estate agents; essentially eliminating the middle man--saving you even more. We are proud to sell all our land below retail prices and provide instant value to our customers.

What about property taxes or liens?

The annual property tax is provided in each property description. We guarantee that all of our properties are sold free and clear of liens and encumbrances and that the taxes are current.

May I visit the property before I buy it?

Yes please! Although many customers opt to buy without visiting the land, we always recommend you go and see it in person if you can.

The land is vacant and we are the owners, so drive out anytime; you don't even need to ask. There are GPS coordinates to the land location provided in each listing description.  Enter these coordinates into your smart phone's GPS map (or other free apps) to get the best driving directions. Take your time walking the land and getting to know the area.  If you need help with coordinates, directions, or maps please contact us.

Does the property have utilities?

Unless written in the description, most land we sell does not have utilities already in place.

What can I do on my land...raise crops? Build a tiny home? Visit with an RV? Raise animals?

Hopefully all of the above, but each area has their own land use guidelines. We recommend you contact the local county to check for any zoning restrictions and make sure you can do what you want with your land prior to purchasing.

Will you take payments?

Maybe. We have done this many times in the past, please contact us regarding the specific property.

Do I need an attorney or real estate agent?

In most areas, no.   We've done our best to simplify the buying process and make everything very straightforward. However, we encourage you to hire a professional if you think it's necessary.
